Assessment for knowing yourself How much you know yourself in terms of financial investment.
Please answer the following questions. By choosing the most suitable for you.
1. Investment is like a journey. There will always be destinations or goals. How do you like your goals to be?
Remain safe, keep the risk to minimum about 1% - 3% per year.
My cash is safe. Profit or loss is acceptable but only my income keep coming consistently about 3% - 6% per year.
A little bit more challenging, start investing and focus on dividend and problably obtained profit margin occasionally about 6% - 8% per year.
Loss around 5% - 10% is acceptable as long as profit is increasing. Investing about 2 - 3 years gets both dividend and profit margin about 10% per year.
Get up to 20% faster return profit and loss of 30% or more is acceptable.
2. Uncertainty is the most certainty. How much can you accept the uncertainty.
Promise is a promise. Unacceptable for any fluctuation.
Return profit status changes. Long term growth around 10 years is ok.
There is opportunity in any crisis. If I understand it cleary I'll go for it.
Go for all crisis as long as it gets high return profits. 90% loss is ok for me.
3. Deposit money to the bank is really safe? Who else is going to decrease money value if it wasn't inflation.
It won't bother me at all as long as my principal money is safe. 100 today decreasing to 50 in the next 20 years from now, it's all ok.
Take a risk a little bit. At least the money value at present day and the next 20 years are still all the same.
How could that be! Money is supposed to work for me. At least 100 today should be increasing to 300 in the next 20 years (return profit 5% - 6% per year).
Money must be working for us. At least 100 today should be more than1,000 in the next 20 years (return profit 11% - 13% per year).
4. When making wrong decision, how much could you bear the damage when you were losing in business.
No sell, no loss. Losing in business is totally unacceptable.
Loss of 5% to 10%.
Loss of 10% to 20%.
Loss of 20% to 30%.
Loss of 30% or more.
5. Medium-term 5 - 7 years investment, if assets A has no business loss and turnover is about 0% - 6% (3% per year average). Asset B with turnover around -25% to 30% average 15% per year. If you can choose, how do you want to invest in asset A and B? How do you manage these 2 assets investment portal?
Asset A = 100% and Asset B = 0%.
Asset A = 70% and Asset B = 30%.
Asset A = 50% and Asset B = 50%.
Asset A = 30% and Asset B = 70%.
Asset A = 0% and Asset B = 100%.
6. What style of portfolio volatility that you can sleep well at night.

7. How long are you aiming for your important financial goals?
Short-term 0 - 2 years.
Medium-term 3 - 10 years.
Long-term 10 years or more.
8. Have you already saved amount of money for 3 - 6 months liquidity? If you haven't, how much do you need to withdraw from your portfolio?
No need to withdraw.
Withdraw less than 10%.
Withdraw more than 10% but less than 20%.
Withdraw more than 20% but less than 30%.

9. At present day your net assets is more than 30 million baht or not?

10. If you are about to assess yourself, Have you ever invest or been familiar with these finanial products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds and ect.
Only bank deposit.
A little familiar with those and I can learn more if I am interested.
